What up?

Any of you meatheads attempted German Volume Training? 10 x 10. Im in my 4th week and other then the deep DOMS im really diggin it. Squat day sucks a little but hey youll have that.

Anyway im changing excersises every 3 weeks and am looking for whats worked for others in the past...

Stick to the basics on this program. Lot's of good basic compound movements will keep you big and strong. imo

I have used this in the past with good results, getting past sticking points.

I have have heard a little bit of what this has brought to the table,sounds good,but i need to do some more research on it first..
