I am exactly 1 full week into my diet, I am down 2 lbs so far and have been seeing some great changes in my midsection already. I am stacking the Lipoburn with the Speed V2. My first impressions of Speed V2 was that I was glad it didnt have caffeine in it since I already take a pre workout. The Speed V2 makes me sweat like crazy though. I sweat while Im at work and my shirt is soaked after lifting and cardio. I am only doing about 25 min of cardio a day right now. I hoping that I wont have to go above 40 min throughout my entire contest prep. I have been holding size well and my muscle bellies are staying very full. I will continue the same stack for most of my contest prep, although I will be adding in the Natadrol next month here. My show is about 13 weeks away, I only diet for 14 weeks. Many bodybuilders diet for 18-16 weeks which would be alot for me. I hit arms and abs today with the 25 min of HIIT cardio. The BC+EAA really helps throughout the lift and especially when Im doing cardio(it is a must have product). Im really excited to see the changes that this week will bring for me. Ill be posting pics every week to show updates on my progression. I should have some photos up tomorrow.

We had a snow storm here in Nashville today, we have about 4 inches of snow and are expecting about 7-9 inches. Most businesses closed down including my gym so I had to take a rest day and may have to take tomorrow off as well. I hope I can get back in there and pound some shoulders but with this weather I doubt the gym will be over. Ill keep everyone posted on my training.

So the snow is gone and the gym is open again. I have had three great sessions in a row since sunday and have been making great progress on my contest prep. My diet is really spot on and Im leaning out faster than planned. I have been able to get in an additional 70 grams of post workout carbs and still continue to get leaner. Last night was my carb up meal night, and I looked big ripped and full. I still have about 12 weeks left and according to my calculations only about 18-20 lbs to lose to get to 2%. I have been getting in my 7 meals and keeping carbs to around 100 per day except on carb up meal days.

This weeks split looks like this:
Sunday:Delts/Hamstrings
Monday: Quads/calves
Tues: Chest/triceps
Wed:Upper back/biceps
Thurs: Lower Back/deadlifts/adductors/abductors
Fri:OFF-20 min morning cardio
Sat: Delts/Hamstrings

I preform 20 min of morning cardio everyday right now and 4 days a week I add in 15 min of post workout HIIT Cardio!

The Speed V2 fat burner has really been helping me out, I can feel the thermic effect and I am sweating alot more since getting on the product. Im stacking it with the Ghenerate and I-GH-1 right now and will soon add in Natadrol to support hormone levels and test.

Yeah Ill keep you posted on it man, right now it is doing well and making me sweat something aweful in the gym. Tonight I had a guy tell me I looked dehydrated I was sweating so much. I hit back and bi's tonight. I added in deadlifts instead of a seperate deadlift day due to the fact i didnt get them in last week cause we had a snow storm in TN. I got my cardio sessions in and feel pretty good so far. Im almost 3 weeks in and im not having too much problems with energy due to low carbs, my strength was still good tonight. Tomorrow I hit arms and abs so ill let you all know how that goes.

last workout session of the week. I have trained 6 days in a row including cardio everyday. Ill be having a cheat meal tonight to load up on some calories and restore balance. Im feeling pretty run down with training and my hectic 60 hr a week work schedule. I will take tomorrow as a rest day although I will still perform 20-30 min of cardio. I cant wait till I add the Natadrol into my stack and see what effect that has on my training and cutting.

Its super bowl sunday and I decided to celebrate this great American day with a Quad day. I hit it hard today pushing myself beyond my limits, there is nothing better than giving the workout everything you got and having someone walk up to you and say "Man your legs are just ridiculous", its great for confidence. My supplements really got me through this one. I took an extra dose of BC+EAA today while training cause quad day usually last about 1hr and 15min, then I hit 25 min of cardio. I took 2 scoops of AP and got a great pump on only 30 carbs from the day so far. Ill be placing an order today to get the Natadrol and add that into my stack, im so psyched about trying this product I have been waiting for almost a month to order it. Tomorrow is chest and calves and 30 min of morning cardio. GO SAINTS!!!!!

So far this week has been very busy here. I had my car break down one day then the next day we had a snow storm and my gym closed. I have been getting my workout in just not exactly in the time frame I have been wanting too. My schedule has been thrown off a bit but I think I am back on track.

This weeks split will be:
Sun:Quads
Mon:Chest/tri
Tues:Back/bi
Wed:Arms/abs
Thurs:lower back/calves/hams
Fri:Cardio only
Sat: Delts and Traps

I have been leaning down very well so far. Its great when you wake up every morning and you look a little leaner each day. Progress makes the confidence soar and makes you feel as if you are on the right track. Sometimes bodybuilding can be a guessing game till we figure out exactly what works for our bodies, i think this time I may have gotten it just right.

Tonight was delts/traps/abs. They routine lasted about an hour then I slammed my postworkout shake. After that I performed 15 min of HIIT cardio and then made it home to get meal #5 in.

I ran out of my BC+EAA yesterday and man icould really tell the difference in my training session. My energy was lacking and honestly once you start taking a amino product with the content of the BC+EAA it is hard to wanna train without it. I feel that amino acids are the key to anabolism and I have noticed over the past 6 months that being on this product has made all the difference. I should have a couple more bottles in by sat or mon. Till then Ill just be mixing in some plain glutamine to get me by. Tomorrow is my last session and I have varied from my plan due to my training partner not being able to make it to certain workouts(partners are never 100% reliable), so tomorrow ill be doing deadlifts and hams.
